Overview

Brandblizz is a digital service operated by Blzzr LLC that provides AI-powered brand identity development, including brand analysis, logo generation, strategy recommendations, and brand asset exports.

Because our service delivers digital content that is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund policy reflects the nature of instant-delivery digital goods.

Digital Content – No Refunds After Delivery

All paid features on Brandblizz (including but not limited to the Brand Studio, logo packages, brand strategy reports, and data exports) are delivered instantly as digital content. Once the payment is confirmed, the content is generated and made available to you immediately.

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital content delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Before completing your purchase, you are explicitly asked to acknowledge that:

  • The service will be performed immediately upon payment
  • You consent to the immediate delivery of digital content
  • You understand that this waives your right of withdrawal

EU Consumer Rights

Under European Union consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

In accordance with § 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Art. 246a § 1(2) EGBGB, Brandblizz obtains your explicit consent before beginning service delivery. By checking the consent box during checkout, you agree to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions

While all sales are generally final, we may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical failure: The service experienced a critical technical error that prevented delivery of the purchased content entirely, and we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.

Refund requests based on subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (e.g., logo designs, brand names, strategy recommendations) are not eligible for a refund, as AI-generated outputs are clearly described as recommendations and may vary.

Content Policy Violations

If a user submits content that violates our Terms of Service (Section 12 – Prohibited Content), including but not limited to pornographic, erotic, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal content, Brandblizz reserves the right to immediately cease service delivery and suspend the user’s account.

No refund, remedy, or compensation will be provided in case of a content policy violation. By submitting prohibited content, the user has breached their contractual obligations. This exclusion applies regardless of whether any paid content has already been delivered.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at:

Please include your account email address, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Free Services

The free Brandshot is provided at no charge and does not involve any payment. No refund policy applies to free features.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension of your Brandblizz account.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
